Paul Oakenfold played the late show in Chicago – his first stop for his Trance Mission Tour. His tour attracted all types of fans including the old school fans and ravers, new ravers, and people that did not even know who he was but heard it will be a good show. Fortunately for us, we got to meet him in person and were able to take a selfie!! He seemed to be in a rush, so we did not get to talk much. The show actually went in a different direction then we thought. Paul Oakenfold is known for for trance, however,the show seemed a bit “hard”. He played some oldies and a lot of tracks by other producers as well. Although we liked the music, we were not satisfied with his particular crowd. They seemed a bit more pushy then usual and not very “plur”.
