Rumors have been circling around the identity of the secret 4th headliner to attend this years edition of Spring Awakening Music Festival, Chicago’s premier EDM Festival. React Presents confirmed the rumors that in fact it will be the dynamic duo of Diplo (already on the Lineup) and Skrillex aka JackU.

This will be the first time that JackU performs together anywhere in the midwest, which means their die-hard fans from near and far will be making their way to Chicago this June. THis should bode well for ticket sales of the ever-growing festival.

Skrillex headlined the first Spring Awakening Music Festival inside Soldier Field in 2012 and was undoubtedly the best set of the weekend, even though a summer rain caused him to cut off Benny Benassi’s set and rush Skrillex on stage. Diplo’s set  as one of the six headliners at last year’s festival was one of the better ones I saw all weekend. His energy was unmatched.

JackU has seen lots of success in their short time together. They recently released their debut album Skrillex and Diplo Present Jack U, during a 24 hour marathon party in LA. The album which featured several success no dance music artitst such as Justin Bierber is  available on iTunes and streaming onSoundcloud.
