Last Friday a local bar known for holding shows for all types of different genres, hosted one of their biggest to date. Mojoes in Joliet hosted a paint party EDM show with tons of local talent. With Porn and Chicken headlining this show was set to be very promising. Unfortunately it did not deliver.

The venue seemed very over crowded leaving no room to walk around. It was extremely hot with what seemed like no air circulation so the air was very humid and stagnant. This made it very hard to dance and enjoy the music. Getting passed that, the performers did a great job! The sets were on point with popular drops and great flow. The favorites of the night were Skylar Shores, The Trap House, and of course Porn and Chicken. Even though I have seen Porn and Chicken play better sets before, they all engaged with the crowd and really made it the best experience it could of been! Considering the sound kept cutting out on them throughout the entire night the guys really did a good job keeping the crowd happy! This problem alone was the result of the headliner cutting their set short.

Another huge thing that was not expected was the production. The lights they used were of great quality and they even had lasers which were a huge shock! All in all the night was very fun but there were many things that they need to improve on before I return. However if you ever have the chance to see The Trap House or Porn and Chicken, do it!
