Spring Awakening Music Festival early bird tickets went on sale this morning and sold out pretty quickly. When you go to the festival website you can sign up to a mailing list to receive info about the lineup and when tickets will go on sale. An interesting thing you might notice on the top left of the banner is that this year the festival is expanding into 3 days. The festival is scheduled to happen staring Friday June 14 and run through Sunday June 16. Given the amount of talent that went through Soldier Field last year in just 2 days I can only imagine who React Presents will bring for all 3 days (Bassnectar and Calvin Harris already confirmed as headliners with Nervo also confirming an appearance). In more festival news  today Electric Forest has released a YouTube video with its teaser for the 2013 festival which also included the festival dates. The dates are Thursday June 27 and runs through Sunday June 30th for those who don’t want to view the video in its entirety.
